1. FABRIC TESTING Your technician will perform a test to determine the fabric type, and the stability of the dye. These factors aid us in determining what type of cleaning solution and techniques will be used. Your technician will also point out any potential permanent stains or areas of concern. 2. PRE-VACUUM Dry soil will be removed. 3. PRE-TREAT A special cleaning solution designed specifically for your fabric type and soiling condition will be applied. This aids in "emlusifying" the soil. 4. PRE-GROOM The fabric will be gently groomed using horse-hair upholstery brushes and sponges. 5. EXTRACT & RINSE The loosened soil is then extracted from the fabric with a gentle, controlled rinse. 6. NEUTRALIZE A neutralizing agent is applied to the fabric, ensuring that it is pH balanced to maintain it's soft, fresh feel. 7. POST-GROOM Fabric fibers are straightened and prepared for drying with a gentle combing of the fabric. |
