Tile & Grout Cleaning

1. PRE-INSPECTION
Your service technician will carefully inspect the tile & grout, and determine which cleaning solutions are most appropriate for the job. He will advise you of any existing damage to the tile or grout.
2.FURNITURE MOVING
Tables, chairs, and other light furniture are carefully moved. Refrigerators, stoves, and other large appliances will be left in place under the standard pricing.
3.DRY SOIL REMOVAL
Dry soil is removed from the tile and grout to prepare for cleaning.
4. PRE-SPRAY
Depending on the technician's recommendations, an appropriate pre-spray will be applied to the tile and grout to loosen soil and dirt.
5. EXTRACT & RINSE
Soil & dirt are blasted from the surface using the SX-12 Hard Surface Tool. High pressure water (1000 psi) is blasted at the tile & grout, then vacuumed back up along with the soil and dirt.
