1. PRE-INSPECTION The technician will walk through the home with you prior to cleaning, noting your particular areas of concern. You will be advised of any possible permanent staining. 2. COMMERCIAL PRE-VACUUM Dry soil is removed with a heavy-duty, dual motor vacuum. 3. PRE-SPRAY & PRE-SPOT Traffic areas and spots will be pretreated for easier soil and spot removal. 4. PRE-GROOM This step is equivalent to the wash cycle of the cleaning process. The pretreated carpet is agitated with a special carpet rake to loosen traffic area soil. 5. EXTRACT & RINSE The loosened soil is rinsed and extracted using a truck-mounted steam extractor. 6. NEUTRALIZE A neutralizing solution is applied to the carpet, eliminating soapy residues and leaving the carpet pH balanced. This neutralizing product is usually mixed with the rinse solution. |
